LiveChat Widget Not Visible – CSP Troubleshooting Guide
If the LiveChat widget is not appearing on the client’s website and you suspect it may be due to Content Security Policy (CSP) restrictions, follow the steps below:
Ask the client to update their Content Security Policy (CSP) (Reason: their CSP could be blocking our LiveChat widget, which is preventing it from functioning as intended)
The following URLs need to be added to their CSP:
Script URLs to allow:
WebSocket to allow:
wss://api.livechatinc.com
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
If the above doesn’t resolve the Issue & the widget still doesn't appear:
Ask the client to add that url to the frame-src of CSP.
