OB Checklist of Items:

  • OB Brief 

  • Trial duration / MRR - Sales to confirm

  • GTM Access (Publisher Level - clients@commversionlivechat.com)

  • GA Access (View Only - analytics05@commversionlivechat.com)

  • Emails for Lead sending (if no CRM / Form)

  • Website Form + Fallback (if no CRM)

  • Email Parser + Emails

  • KB Queries (if any)


Special Considerations (Optional)

  • Cookie policy - Needs to be checked

  • Bot on website - Needs to be removed

  • Split test

  • Scheduler - Timings / Days to be confirmed

  • Pages for chat to be excluded

1. CRM Integration -

2. Instant Connect -

  • Non-IVR Numbers

  • Time Slot to make IC calls

  • Public Holiday - Can we make calls?

  • Account ID (from client)

  • Manager Access Sent (CV)

  • Client Accept Manager access

4. GA4 Integration -

  • API Secret

  • Measurement ID


Pre-Launch Checklist

  • Check the widget is firing on all devices (Mobile & Desktop)

  • Check the position of the widget on both Desktop and Mobile (Ensure not covering any CTAs on the clients website)

  • KB pushed Live + Special Considerations checked out 

  • Pre-launch notification email to the client


Launch

  • Go-Live Email
