SMS Notification - Intranet Set Up

The feature can be set up in the clients section of the intranet. This can be found in the Clients > View Client List menu


After navigating to the client page, you will see the client list in a tabular format. Navigate to the client you want to set up SMS for and click on the “Details” button beside it.




There are 2 levels of set up required to be done before we turn on this feature for a client.


  1. Setting up the Custom SMS

At the bottom of the Client Details page you will find the following section


Ignore the first two fields as they are not related to the SMS feature.

Fill in the custom message to be sent for the client’s working hours and out of office hours and if you wish to add a delay to the sms you can enter that in this section (Delay time will start once lead is sent to the client)


  1. Setting up branches

On the top of the page, you will find a button named “Branches”. Click on this to add client branches

You will see the following page

Click on “Add new branch” and the new branch Dialog will appear

Fill in the branch details and click on save to save the branch information.


*Please Note:

1.The branches are used to determine whether to send the office hours or out of office message configured earlier

2. There can be only one head office for a client. This will be used as a default branch in case the system is not able to determine which branch is closest to the lead.


Once the above settings are done, the feature can be turned on using the “Visitor twilio Service” switch located on the right side of the page
