How to share publisher access to your Google Tag Manager (GTM) with CommVersion

Below is a step-by-step guide on how you can quickly and easily (11 short steps that take less than 45 seconds) share publisher access to your Google Tag Manager with CommVersion

Step 1: Navigate to https://tagmanager.google.com/#/home

Step 2: Choose and click the relevant container

Step 3: Click Admin to access the settings page

Step 4: In the far left column click User Management

Step 5: Here's where you'll see the users who currently have access. Scroll to the right-hand side and Click + to add a new user

Step 6: Click Add users in the small dropdown that appears

Step 7: In the email field that pops up enter clients@commversionlivechat.com

Step 8: Click Set all to amend the permission settings

Step 9: From the options that appear select Publish

Step 10: Click Done to apply these settings

Step 11: Finally, click Invitation to share access.

You're all done. We'll then get a notification to let us know that you've shared GTM access and get working on deploying the live chat code in time for your go-live date.
