This new feature in Instant Connect that allows adding multiple emails to each phone number. This demonstration shows us how to enable/disable email notifications for a client, set primary and secondary emails for transcript summaries, and avoid adding duplicate emails. The steps are as follows:
1. To enable transcript summary add an email in the `Summary Email Recipient:` field.
2. To disable transcript summary remove the email from the `Summary Email Recipient:` field.
3. If emails are empty against a phone number the default summary email will be used.
4. If an email is present against a phone number that email will take priority.
5. You can add multiple emails by adding a comma (,)
- Duplicate emails in the same field are not allowed.
6. Deleting a phone number now has a confirmation pop-up to avoid accidental deletions.
7. The phone numbers are not sorted by name.
