Instructions on how to add a rule via Master CDN

Step 1: 

• Navigate to https://cdn.commversion.com/accounts
• Login the account

Step 2: Find the Client

• Type in the client name in the search field to find the relevant client and click Enter.

Step 3: Once you've navigated the client

• Click on the client to pull up the side panel

Step 4: 

• Click "EDIT" to access their settings

Step 5: 

• Scroll down to the "Show & Hide" section and click the "Enabled" field to turn it on

Step 6: 

• Click this dropdown and choose if you want to enable "show" or "hide" functionality

Step 7: 

• Click this icon to add a rule

Step 8: Select the condition/ trigger for the rule

• Click this dropdown to choose whether the URL "contains" or "is exactly"

Step 9: 

• Click the "Put URL here" field.

Step 10: 

• Enter the URL string that you want to either show or hide the chat on. It can either be an enitre URL (starting from www.) or a phrase (e.g. rent)

Step 11: 

• Repeat steps 8-11 as needed and then Click "SAVE"

Step 12: Almost done!

• Once saved the changes should be live within an hour (delayed due to caching times of CDN)
