IC Summary – Vertical Based Cheat Sheet

This document is a cheat sheet to help set up Instant Connect Summaries by client vertical. It should be used as a guide, not as a standalone resource. Always check the knowledge base for required data points and customize summaries to match the chat flow. Be sure to test all prompts using the CV HUB testing feature.
